Order Processing Times

We understand the importance of your daily routine. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a separate email notification the moment your package is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We utilize premium, reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and securely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your preferred delivery speed.

 We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Tracking Your Sanctuary

Transparency is our standard from formulation to delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Caring Q Bee D relies on trusted third-party carriers to deliver your items. While we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, we are here to help guide you. If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim, and inform our support team so we may assist you with the documentation.
